Confidentiality
Your treatment at The Center for Personal & Family Development is a private matter and will be treated confidentially. Information about your treatment will be released only through your written consent, in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Insurance
CPFD is eligible for insurance reimbursement under most health insurance policies where behavioral health and substance abuse treatment services are covered.
Appointments
Outpatient therapy appointments can be made Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Fridays, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m
