Ramon O. Ryan, MS, MD, medical director of Occupational Health Clinic at Baptist Medical Park comes to us from Birmingham, Alabama, where he served as the medical director of St. Vincent Hospital's Occupational Health Clinic. Dr. Ryan's 20+ years of health care experience includes internal medicine and occupational medicine, as well as a fellowship in sports medicine. In addition, he holds a master's degree in occupational and environmental health.
Dr. Ryan will be joining Sharon Gaubert, MPH, occupational health program director, and a staff that is committed to the delivery of cost-effective, quality care for employees. As a team, these health care professionals will continue to provide customized resources that have earned Baptist Health Care a national reputation for service excellence.
As you may know, the Occupational Medicine Clinic offers a full range of occupational health care resources. Services include: medical surveillance, workers' compensation care for injured employees, return-to-work programs, post-offer screenings, annual physicals, DOT exams, drug and alcohol screenings, job ergonomic analysis, and fit for duty testing.
Through the Baptist Business Health program, we offer customized Employee Assistance Programs and Employee Development Services.
